• Structuring of complex development transactions, including sports and entertainment facilities, low-income tax credit housing, IDA bond financed developments, and privatization projects.
  
  
• Distressed property transactions, such as the negotiation and implementation of workouts, the purchase of distressed property portfolios (both debt and equity), and the acquisition of property through bankruptcy and enforcement of creditor remedies.
