Profile:
Mr. Reynolds has a wide range of legal experience. He is proactive and works closely
with his clients to anticipate legal issues before they arise. As to existing legal
disputes, Mr. Reynolds provides comprehensive legal analysis to his clients with a strategy
towards efficient resolution.
Mr. Reynolds represents clients in commercial litigation matters that encompass work in the
areas of banking, Uniform Commercial Code issues, creditor rights, contracts, construction,
foreclosures, fraud, leasing, (civil) racketeering, aviation, health, insurance bad faith,
catastrophic injury, and wrongful termination. Mr. Reynolds practices in all Arizona state,
federal, and administrative courts and has handled numerous appeals.
