Practice concentrated in personal injury and commercial litigation, with extensive experience
in the following areas:
- Successful prosecution of plaintiff's cases, including personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Within this area, the cases which have been successfully handled cover a wide range, including:
jury verdict in favor of the client on racketeering claims; multi-million dollar jury verdict for
medical malpractice (failure to diagnose cancer); multi-million dollar recovery for "dramshop"
liability (improper sale of alcohol); multi-million dollar recoveries against major insurance
companies in bad faith/coverage disputes.
- Representation of banks and lenders in all kinds of litigation, including lender liability
lawsuits, the successful defense of racketeering, common law fraud, and bad faith claims, and
miscellaneous litigation defending banking clients.
- Successful litigation experience in and relating to the construction industry, including
lien claims, bond claims, and related lawsuits through all stages of litigation.
